Experience Basic Knowledge of ITIL (Incident management) and troubleshooting skills in System/Networking Production Environment and should have 1-2 years of working experience in NOC supporting Production Environment
Qualification The jobholder will be a university graduate in engineering/telecom with a good academic record.
Following certifications are desirable:
• Service management : ITIL V3

• Primary responsibility will be to provide L1 support to production heterogeneous environment
• Excellent Knowledge in Incident Management
• Ability to manage the Incidents and meet required SLA’s
• Hands-on Experience on Monitoring tools
• Hand-on Experience on Service management Skills
• Good Communication Skills
• Perform level 1 troubleshooting
• Good knowledge in System/Network administration
• Ability to handle technical discussion
• Should have basic understanding of any storage technologies.
