This role is for a highly process-oriented and dynamic professional who will be specifically focused on the Core Accounts and Cluster Technology Capacity, Financials governance and Book of Work oversight with particular focus on the Cluster Technology Programs and Projects in our portfolio. In this role the successful candidate will liaise with key stakeholders to deliver high quality capacity and financial management and will ensure compliance to our Program and Project Management Procedure over the assigned Book of Work.
Developed communication and diplomacy skills are required in order to guide, influence and convince others, in particular colleagues in other areas. Significant impact on the area through complex deliverables. Work impacts an entire area, which eventually affects the overall performance and effectiveness of the sub-function/job family.
The candidate must be able to show experience in the portfolio financial management and capacity planning in a business aligned global technology organization and liaising with senior product and technology stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have also the knowledge to review and drive process automation where required and to understand project governance duties.
An experience using data analytics tools and dashboards to manage complex financial reports and capacity planning are a preferred requirement.
The role will require interactions with senior stakeholders located in different geographies globally, hence a proper flexibility is required to meet with the stakeholders potentially during late shifts.

Responsibilities:
- Drive the budget planning in cooperation with the relevant stakeholders in product, business office and technology management
- Review the Capacity Planning and the financial forecast for assigned portfolio in our dedicated platforms
- Analise trends and identify possible variances, risks and opportunities
- Prepare and discuss Capacity and Financial reports with senior stakeholders and business office on a regular basis
- Coordinate and Manage financial transfers with partners and Business Office
- Guide the stakeholders to maintain our book of work in compliance with our policies.
- Recommends and oversees process improvements.
- Provides evaluative judgment based on analysis of factual information in complicated and unique situations.
- Persuades and influences others through communication and diplomacy skills; may negotiate with external parties.
- Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision.
- Can exercise independence of judgement and autonomy.
- Acts as SME to senior stakeholders and /or other team members.
- Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards.

- Demonstrated experience in the financial management or similar PMO experience
- Ability to work in a team and achieve the objectives through others
Qualifications:
- 13+ years experience in a similar role with commensurate people management experience and subject matter expert in overall field.
- Proficiency in Finance, Projects, Book of Work. Tools: PTS, Jira, Big picture
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint) with extensive experience using Excel for data analysis
Education:
- Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience, potentially Masters degree
