To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Fullstack .Net Technical Manager – IT located in Chennai location.
We are looking for a highly experienced, hands-on Technical Lead who will play a dual role — actively contributing to coding while also mentoring and managing a small technical team.
The ideal candidate will be a strong individual contributor with deep expertise in .NET Core, React.js, containerization, and application monitoring (ELK Stack). You will lead by example — writing quality code, setting best practices, and guiding the team toward technical excellence.
This position requires strong ownership, the ability to make architectural decisions, and a collaborative mindset to work effectively with product, DevOps, and business stakeholders.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, and the role involves:
What a typical day looks like
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
12 - 15+ years of experience in Information Technology or related field.
Backend:
Expert in C#, ASP.NET Core, Web API, LINQ, Entity Framework Core
Strong understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems
Experience with SQL Server and database performance tuning
Frontend:
Hands-on with React.js, TypeScript, Redux / Context API, HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap / Tailwind
Strong in RESTful API integration and state management
DevOps / Tools:
Proficient in Git (GitHub / GitLab / Azure DevOps)
Experience in Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipeline management
Monitoring / Logging:
Hands-on with ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) for centralized logging and performance insights
Additional Advantage:
Experience with Azure / AWS Cloud Services
Familiarity with Unit Testing Frameworks (xUnit / NUnit / Jest)
Knowledge of message queues (Kafka / RabbitMQ)
Exposure to security best practices and API gateway configurations
