Lead IAM onboarding projects across enterprise applications: plan, coordinate, track progress, manage risks and stakeholders, produce status and accomplishment reports, ensure compliance and audit readiness, and drive process improvements and execution excellence.
What You ‘ll Do
You will join our high-performance Cybersecurity & Compliance team and play a key role in driving Identity & Access Management (IAM) implementation initiatives, ensuring seamless onboarding of enterprise applications while maintaining compliance, governance, and operational excellence.
- Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of Identity & Access Management (IAM) onboarding projects across enterprise applications.
- Work closely with IAM teams, Compliance Managers, and Application Managers to prepare detailed project plans and implementation roadmaps.
- Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) between business stakeholders, application owners, IAM teams, and compliance teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate application onboarding activities and ensure timely completion in accordance with project plans and governance standards.
- Engage Compliance Managers for complex technical challenges and ensure appropriate technical guidance throughout implementation.
- Track project progress, dependencies, risks, and issues while ensuring timely resolution and stakeholder alignment.
- Prepare and publish weekly project status reports highlighting progress, milestones, risks, dependencies, and action items.
- Publish monthly accomplishment reports summarizing implementation progress, compliance improvements, and project achievements.
- Collaborate with Compliance Managers to support compliance tracking, governance initiatives, audit readiness, and regulatory requirements.
- Manage multiple workstreams simultaneously while ensuring timely follow-up and successful execution of all assigned activities.
- Drive stakeholder engagement and provide regular updates to senior management regarding project status, risks, and implementation outcomes.
- Facilitate meetings, governance reviews, and cross-functional discussions to ensure successful project delivery.
- Identify opportunities to improve compliance processes, implementation methodologies, and operational efficiency.
- Demonstrate strong ownership, accountability, and execution excellence to continuously improve the organization's compliance posture.
What We Seek In You
- 5 to 7 years of experience in IT Project Management, Cybersecurity Projects, Identity & Access Management (IAM), Compliance, or Enterprise Technology Implementations.
- Proven experience managing medium to large-scale IT infrastructure, security, or enterprise technology deployment projects.
- Experience managing Identity & Access Management (IAM) implementation or onboarding projects is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, governance frameworks, and implementation lifecycle.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including Security, Compliance, Infrastructure, Application Development, and Business stakeholders.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage effectively with senior leadership and executive stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and coordination skills.
- Experience preparing project plans, implementation schedules, risk registers, governance reports, and executive dashboards.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and issue management capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and priorities within dynamic enterprise environments.
- Experience supporting compliance initiatives, audit activities, governance programs, and regulatory tracking.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and delivery excellence.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Demonstrated ownership mindset with a strong focus on execution, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent Project Management certification is preferred.
- Exposure to cybersecurity, IAM solutions, governance, risk, and compliance frameworks is an added advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related discipline.
