About the Team & Business Line:
Fund Administration is Citco’s core business, and our alternative asset and accounting service is one of the industry’s most respected. Our continuous investment in learning and technology solutions means our people are equipped to deliver a seamless client experience. We are looking for an energetic, motivated and hands-on Senior Project Manager to join the IT PMO team in Citco. Your project portfolio will consist of both Interface Solutions and Market Data.
Interface Solutions (IS) develops and maintains batch and real-time interfaces for order entry, instrument creation, and pricing. We provide SWIFT connectivity, broker integration, and third-party vendor solutions through SFTP, APIs, and messaging protocols. Our hybrid cloud solutions utilize diverse technologies to deliver optimal client connectivity.
Market Data IT creates and maintains a centralized source for instrument and pricing data, partnering with premium vendors to ensure data quality. We deliver this information to downstream consumers through direct feeds, APIs, and SFTP, using ETL tools and hybrid cloud solutions to meet client timing requirements.
We are seeking a hands-on, energetic, motivated, Senior Project Manager to actively manage and deliver critical projects across our Interface Solutions and Market Data platforms. This role requires direct day-to-day project leadership, strong technical understanding, and excellent stakeholder management skills.
Your Role:
Project Delivery & Execution:
- Lead project planning, execution, and delivery of Interface Solutions and Market Data initiatives
- Actively manage daily project activities, tasks, and resources
- Run daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and project status meetings
- Track and manage project dependencies, risks, and issues
- Monitor project budgets and timelines
- Identify and remove project roadblocks
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Ensure quality delivery of project deliverables
Stakeholder Management & Communication:
- Build and maintain relationships with development teams, business users, and vendors
- Facilitate effective communication between technical and business teams
- Create and maintain project status reports and dashboards
- Manage stakeholder expectations and resolve conflicts
- Escalate issues appropriately to senior management
- Lead regular project status meetings and updates
Required Qualifications:
- 8+ years of hands-on project management experience with in-house application development and Agile/Scrum experience preferably in a financial institution environment
- PMP certification or equivalent (Agile certifications preferred)
- Strong understanding of capital markets and financial instruments
- Experience with Interface solutions and Market Data systems
- Expert knowledge of project management tools (JIRA, Confluence, MS Project)
- Practical experience with both Waterfall and Agile methodologies
Technical Knowledge:
- Working knowledge of financial market connectivity protocols (SWIFT, FIX, APIs)
- Understanding of Market Data systems and integration
- Familiarity with hybrid cloud solutions
- Knowledge of ETL processes and data management
- Experience with JIRA administration and customization
