IT Quality Intmd Analyst - C11

The IT Quality Intmd Analyst is a developing professional role. Deals with most problems independently and has some latitude to solve complex problems. Integrates in-depth specialty area knowledge with a solid understanding of industry standards and practices. Good understanding of how the team and area integrate with others in accomplishing the objectives of the subfunction/ job family. Applies analytical thinking and knowledge of data analysis tools and methodologies. Requires attention to detail when making judgments and recommendations based on the analysis of factual information. Typically deals with variable issues with potentially broader business impact. Applies professional judgment when interpreting data and results. Breaks down information in a systematic and communicable manner. Developed communication and diplomacy skills are required in order to exchange potentially complex/sensitive information. Moderate but direct impact through close contact with the businesses' core activities. Quality and timeliness of service provided will affect the effectiveness of own team and other closely related teams.

Responsibilities:

• Working within agile  scrum teams  with a BDD approach and  ensuring In-sprint Functional Automation.
• Responsibilities include software quality assurance planning, design & execution with high focus on Automation
• Ensures consistency and quality of processes across the organization.
• Exhibits in-depth understanding of concepts and procedures within own area and basic knowledge of these elements in other areas.
• Requires in-depth understanding of how own area integrates within IT Quality.
• Collaborates with local and global stakeholders like QA team, production support team, environment management team, DBA team, etc. to ensure project stability and productivity.
• Performs other duties and functions as assigned.
• Actively create, contribute and maintain team’s automated test case suites
• Review and provide feedback on high-level automation requirements, business requirements, and testing artefacts

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of experience in the field of Software Quality Assurance on payments domain with high focus on Automation and hands on experience in automation test script development using Java, Selenium , Cucumber,
• Should have experience in delivery of large scale / enterprise level engagements
• Strong working experience on GPP Classic/ GPP SP/ OnePay product
• Good understanding of Clearing Systems, Cross Border transaction processing, Liquidity Maintenance & FX Processing.
• Excellent working experience and deep understanding in processing SWIFT, PACS and PAIN messages.
• Should be proficient with Requirement gathering and impact analysis.
• Proficient in Automating API, UI, Backend, and end to end testing
• Basic knowledge of database technologies (MySQL,etc..)
• Good knowledge of Agile and in-depth experience for test automation adoption in Agile environment.
• In-depth understanding of Systems Development Life Cycle processes.
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong, committed and reliable team player.
