Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated IT Recruiter to support our recruitment operations for clients in the Abu Dhabi and Dubai markets. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in IT recruitment, an understanding of Middle East hiring trends, and the ability to work remotely with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and screen candidates for IT positions across various technologies (Development, Infrastructure, ERP, Cloud, etc.)
  • Work closely with hiring managers and clients based in Abu Dhabi and Dubai to understand job requirements and expectations.
  • Utilize job boards, social media, and other sourcing techniques to attract high-quality talent.
  • Conduct interviews, evaluate candidates, and provide detailed assessments.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Maintain an up-to-date candidate database and regularly update clients on hiring status.
  • Stay updated on Middle East labor laws, visa processes, and market trends.
Requirements
Required Skills and Experience:
  • 2 to 6 years of experience in IT recruitment, mandate exposure to the UAE / Middle East market.
  • Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, Naukri Gulf, Bayt, and other platforms.
  • Proven ability to recruit for roles like Software Engineers, Network Engineers, Cloud Architects, Data Analysts, etc.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working with ATS tools and CRM systems.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote work environment.
  • Knowledge of visa and relocation processes for the UAE is a plus.
