Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT roles, source candidates, screen profiles, coordinate interviews, and partner with hiring managers to meet recruitment targets.
We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented IT Recruiter with hands-on experience in sourcing and hiring developers, testers, and technology professionals across diverse stacks. The ideal candidate should have experience hiring for banking or financial technology clients, managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, and working closely with delivery managers and stakeholders to meet critical hiring targets.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT positions (Developers, Testers, Architects, Project Managers, etc.).
- Source candidates through multiple channels including LinkedIn, Naukri, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and internal databases.
- Screen technical profiles and shortlist candidates matching client requirements.
- Coordinate and schedule technical interviews and manage feedback loops effectively.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and create compelling job postings.
- Negotiate offers, manage candidate expectations, and ensure smooth onboarding.
- Maintain and update recruitment trackers, dashboards, and reports (using Excel or ATS).
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT talent for future needs.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and market trends in the IT and BFSI recruitment space.
Requirements
- Proven experience in recruiting for IT roles such as Java Developers, Full Stack Engineers, QA/Test Engineers, DevOps, Cloud Engineers, Data Engineers, and Analysts.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, QA methodologies, API, DevOps, and Cloud environments.
- Prior experience hiring for Banking, FinTech, or BFSI clients will be a strong advantage.
- Excellent sourcing, screening, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in using ATS systems and recruitment tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri RMS, etc.).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, HR, or related discipline.
- Certification in Technical Recruitment / Talent Acquisition is a plus.
- Prior experience working with UAE or GCC-based banking clients is preferred.
