- 5+ years of experience with D365 Finance and Operations in the design, development, implementation, and integration of enterprise applications.
- Have a passion for technology and willingness to explore and adopt emerging technologies for practical business purposes.
- Bring an upbeat, positive attitude while enjoying working with an agile team to develop innovative technical solutions to help enable business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Be apt at quickly understanding new business domains and be creative and thoughtful about applying technology to improve processes and issues.
- Ability to quickly build proof-of-concept solutions that are forward looking to how they could be implemented on a larger scale.
- Demonstrated experience modeling the innovation behaviors of questioning, observing, experimenting, networking, and associating.
- Be self-motivated with good time management skills.
- Ability to identify issues, generate solutions and choose appropriate alternatives using basic root cause analysis.
- Demonstrated knowledge of software development methodologies and best practices.
- Experience in working with newer technologies and cloud concepts
- Openness and willingness to cross-skill and train in Dynamics AX / D365.
- Should have experience in the following ERP platforms:
- D365 F&O and related tools (PowerBI, Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Lake, PowerApps).
- Experience in using Azure DevOps.
