Position Overview: We are looking for a fully remote IT Support Engineer with experience in managing both Windows and macOS environments. The role involves software installation, troubleshooting, inventory management, email ID creation, and data migration. Proficiency in Azure Cloud, Google Workspace, and JumpCloud is essential.
Time Zone: 7PM- 4AM IST and can be adjusted as per the requirement
Key Responsibilities:
- Install and troubleshoot software on Windows laptops and MacBooks.
- Manage Azure AD, Google Workspace, and JumpCloud for user accounts.
- Create email IDs and perform data migration between platforms.
- Manage Jira and Confluence users through Atlassian Security.
- Oversee IT inventory, including asset tracking and management.
- Provide remote technical support and resolve IT issues.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, information systems, or similar.
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
Preferred:
- Experience with administration of Azure Cloud, Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Jira, Confluence, GCP, and other enterprise productivity tools.
- Experience with Windows and Mac operating systems.
- Experience implementing IT administration key processes including ticketing system and MDM solution.
- Extensive experience with IT systems, networks, and related technologies.
- Solid knowledge of best practices in IT administration and system security.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Strong troubleshooting and inventory management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are a must.
- Customer service centric attitude and focused on empathy when engaging with employees.
- Relevant certifications (Google Associate Cloud Engineer & Microsoft Azure Administrator Associate) are a plus.
