  • Maintain accurate asset inventory for network and telephony equipment.

Helpdesk & End-User Support

  • Provide technical support for hardware, software, network, and account issues,
  • Own and resolve tickets end-to-end via the IT service management (ITSM) platform, meeting SLA targets.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 1–3 years of experience in a system administration, network support, or telecom support role.
  • Solid understanding of networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, switching, DNS, DHCP, VPN.
  • Exposure to VoIP/telephony systems and concepts (SIP, QoS, call routing).

As a result, Chennai, along with neighboring Bengaluru and Hyderabad, is poised for significant growth, with a projected 65 percent increase in data center capacity over the next decade.
