The Java Automation Engineer will develop automation frameworks, maintain scripts, and collaborate with teams in an Agile environment, utilizing tools like Selenium and Java.
This is a remote position.
Following are the required skills for Java Automation Engineer:
• 4 or more years of experience working in Test Automation & developing automation Framework
• Hands-on Automation expertise in Selenium, Java, API, strong database knowledge on SQL & Oracle
• Working experience across tools such as JIRA, Agile Central, ALM, etc.
• Good understanding of BDD, Cucumber & Specflow
• Experience in integrating automation scripts as a part of CI pipeline
• Candidate should possess debugging experience and excellent problem-solving skills
• Experience in working in Agile environment & understanding of QA methodologies life cycle and processes
• Collaboratively work with development teams & architects to understand new features & validate the testing specification
• Working experience in creating, maintaining, and updating automation scripts
• Prior working experience using version control tool
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with client
• Must be able to see tasks through to completion without significant guidance
• Motivated and willing to learn new technologies and tools to achieve the maximum level of automation
