The Java Developer role at Synechron is focused on developing, testing, and maintaining robust Java applications that address complex business requirements. This position collaborates extensively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless software delivery, supports innovation by adopting the latest Java technologies, and directly contributes to process optimization and organizational effectiveness.
Software Requirements
Required:
Proficiency in Java programming (with practical experience across Java SE and EE)
Hands-on experience with Java frameworks such as Spring, Hibernate, and Struts
Familiarity with Java development tools including Eclipse, IntelliJ IDEA, and NetBeans
Knowledge of relational database systems, including MySQL, Oracle, and SQL Server
Experience with Agile methodologies and version control (Git)
Preferred:
Professional Java certification (e.g., Oracle Certified Java Programmer)
Exposure to additional Java frameworks and build tools (Maven, Gradle)
Awareness of secure coding practices
Overall Responsibilities
Develop, test, and maintain high-quality Java applications and modules for diverse business scenarios
Work alongside cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and deliver software solutions
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient Java code employing OOP principles and design patterns
Debug and resolve technical issues, ensuring rapid turnaround and minimal disruption
Stay up-to-date with Java technology advancements and contribute to process enhancements
Participate in code reviews and knowledge sharing sessions for continuous team improvement

Qualifications
