What We'll Bring:
This position is for a dynamic, agile, proactive FullStack Java Developer with a great focus on problem solving, who will be in charge of providing post-production support to the Direct to Consumer platform for Latam.
Review and resolve incident tickets filed by consumers.
Monitor the metrics and execution of the platform in production at all times to identify alerts and risks.
What You'll Bring:
Responsibilities:• Analyze, design, estimate, implement and maintain solutions for the different requirements and initiatives of the platform.• Develop and maintain APIs for data exchange both between back-end and front-end components and with external data sources.• Prepare the technical documentation of the requirements.• Participate in code reviews and peer reviews.• Provide support and solution to productive incidents through code analysis, troubleshooting sessions and platform debugging.• Work hand in hand with the SAC area (customer service) and the product to understand the business requirements that lead to the analysis and design of quality technical solutions that keep the platform stable.• Prepare and support platform releases for installations in previous environments such as UAT and production environments in the cloud.
Impact You'll Make:
Preferably with experience in Atlas and Consumer Interactive vertical
Bachelor degree in software engineering, electronics or related careers with a minimum of 5 years of experience, with knowledge and experience in:
Java EE, EJB 3.0, databases (Postgresql preferably)
JEE or Spring Microservices
Front end with React, Vue or Angular, HTML5, CSS3
Rest and Soap API Consumption and Exposure
CI/CD framework (preferably Jenkins)
AW(EC2, S3) and Kubernetes
Soft skills:• Negotiation, management, leadership and problem-solving skills.• Good use of computer tools such as Office Excel.• Excellent documentary attention and detail skills.• With a high level of attitude and proactive learning.• Self-taught person with learning and research skills.
This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
