What you’ll achieve
As a JIRA Admin (IT Systems Analyst) you will play a key role in supporting change management projects and solve business problems using information technology. You will work collaboratively across all departments of the organization and serve as a Change Agent, who identifies organizational improvements needed, design systems to implement those changes, and train and motivate others to use the related information systems (e.g. tools like Jira and Confluence).
You will:
- As part of the global Atlassian Governance Team you will be responsible for the Atlassian tools in Dedalus (Jira, Confluence, BitBucket, FishEye, Crucible). Administration, configuration and further development of our global Atlassian toolstack.
- Implementation of new use cases in Atlassian Jira, including analysis of requirements, documentation and end user training.
- Design, develop, deliver and manage related process implementations and training programs in alignment with process management and the IT-department (DITG)
- You take ownership of projects and project deliverables also give 1st and 2nd level support

Here’s what you’ll need to succeed:Essential Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, ideally as an IT Systems Analyst, Software Engineer, Atlassian Administrator DevOps Engineer.
- Experience with the Jira Java API and/or Jira REST API
- Experience with Java, Groovy, SQL, REST, Git
- Experience with Postgres DB or Oracle DB
- Ansible automation knowledge
- Linux knowledge / server administration
Desirable Requirements
- Understanding of IT-Infrastructure and IT Services
- Familiar with project management approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle
- Knowledge of Agile development practices like Scrum and Kanban
- Experience with Atlassian tools (Jira / Confluence) as an end user or ideally already administration experience.
