Job Summary
Synechron is seeking a JS Full Stack Developer to lead development efforts on high-quality software solutions using modern JavaScript technologies. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to define project scope, mentoring junior developers, and driving adoption of best practices within the team. The Lead Developer will contribute significantly to delivering scalable, maintainable applications that meet business objectives and technology standards.
Software Requirements
Required:
Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript with 8+ years of experience
Expertise in ReactJS and NodeJS frameworks
Experience with relational databases such as Oracle and MySQL, including SQL proficiency
Knowledge of AWS cloud services and deployment practices
Preferred:
Familiarity with additional JavaScript frameworks or libraries
Experience with cloud-native tools and DevOps practices
Overall Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define detailed project scope
Lead and mentor junior developers, fostering skill development and knowledge sharing
Stay informed on the latest trends and updates in the JavaScript ecosystem, integrating relevant advances into team practices
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code adhering to coding standards
Debug, test, and troubleshoot issues to ensure robust and high-quality software solutions
Contribute to strategic planning and continuous improvement within development teams

Alternative experience pathways include substantial hands-on coding and team leadership in similar full stack roles
Day-to-Day Activities
Collaborating with product owners, designers, and technical teams to define requirements and deliverables
Mentoring junior developers to enhance technical skills and promote best practices
Writing and reviewing code, ensuring consistency and maintainability
Debugging and resolving complex technical issues
Participating in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospective meetings
Researching and sharing updates on new tools, frameworks, and methodologies in the JavaScript ecosystem
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
Relevant certifications in JavaScript, cloud technologies, or software development are advantageous
