Global Pacific Support is seeking a motivated Junior Accountant to join our team. In this role, you will assist in managing financial records, ensuring accuracy in reporting, and supporting day-to-day accounting operations. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, good analytical skills, and a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. You will play an important role in maintaining accurate financial data, supporting compliance, and contributing to the efficiency of our accounting processes.
Requirements
- Basic to intermediate experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or a related financial role is preferred.
- Good understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and reconciliation processes.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly.
- High attention to detail with good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work efficiently in a fast-paced, on-site environment.
- Proficient in using accounting software and spreadsheets (e.g., Microsoft Excel); familiarity with financial systems is a plus.
- Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to maintain accurate and confidential financial records.
- Reliable, eager to learn, and able to work independently with guidance while collaborating with the on-site team.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA certification or equivalent is an advantage but not required.
