Job Description Summary:Vector Renewables is looking for a junior accounting and reporting specialist who will be responsible for the preparation and management of the administrative, financial and accountancy of the companies under management.Job Description:- Act as the main point of reference for specific clients under management, ensuring a high quality of service and meeting all requests from clients on a timely basis;
- Prepare VAT returns on a monthly and quarterly basis
- Prepare other applicable taxes (exempt of CIT)
- Issued and received invoices registration.
- Preparation and submission of the applicable taxes.
- Banks movements registration (payments, receivables, tax liquidations, loans repayments…).
- Preparation and submission of financial reporting to the client including main KPIs.
- Controlling of the deadlines of loans repayments.
- Banks reconciliations.
- Accruing of the projects´ incomes.
- Accruing of the main expenses: Insurance, land lease, depreciation, O&M…).
- Documentation management (physical and digital archive).
- Preparation and deposit of Annual Accounts and official books
Key Requirements:
- Accounting, financial and tax knowledge of small and medium companies
- 2-3 years-experience
- D365 knowledge is a plus
- Qualified with experience in accounting for renewable assets is a plus
- Good communication skills
- Be able to meet deadlines under pressure scenarios
- Strong aptitude for math, attention to detail
- Ability to organize their work independently and as part of a team
- English Fluent
- Italian is a plus
Studies
- Economics Degree or Business Administration
