We are now looking for a Junior Product Designer to join our Corporate Functions IT team, focusing on KONE Invoicing Solution (KIS) and Legal Mandates. This is a key role in designing and delivering agile, future-ready IT solutions that support regulatory compliance and customer invoicing excellence.
What You’ll Do
Own the end-to-end IT solution design for Customer Invoice Solutions and Legal Mandates.
Drive architectural vision and agile implementation in a transforming environment.
Collaborate with global finance stakeholders to assess and shape development ideas.
Lead requirement-gathering workshops and translate needs into technical specifications.
Manage development and testing with implementation partners.
Support solution road mapping, backlog prioritization, and global rollouts.
Contribute to strategic finance IT projects and competence development.
What We’re Looking For
3+ years of experience in SAP SD or equivalent and especially with Customer Invoice domain
Strong understanding of end-to-end Order to Cash processes and technical solutions.
Well versed with SAP Interfaces, IDocs, Middleware
Familiarity with SAP FICO or similar platforms.
Proven experience in IT project delivery.
Analytical, innovative, and strategic mindset.
Excellent communication skills in English and a collaborative, agile approach.
Working experience or knowledge with Pagero, EDICOM applications is added advantage
