Circle K Business Centre in Riga, Latvia is looking for:
(This position is temporary for 8 months)
Main responsibilities:
Be Hiring Manager’s partner in recruitment process
Lead the recruitment process for different departments in Business Centre
Follow up the employee hiring and onboarding process
Make suggestions on improvements to the recruitment process and identify new opportunities
Maintain and update tools to ensure the best recruitment practices
Actively participate in employer branding activities.
Main requirements:
Higher education, especially in HR or a related field, will be considered as an advantage
Experience in recruitment will be considered as an advantage
Fluency in Latvian and English, to communicate with colleagues in Europe
Positive attitude and willingness to learn new things
Excellent communication skills
Very good computer skills (MS Office).
