Job Description Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Site Executive to join our Valuation team. This role involves supporting property valuation activities through site inspections, data collection, and market research of the property. The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of real estate and valuation principles, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.

About the Role:

  • Conduct site visits to assess physical condition, location, and surroundings of properties.
  • Collect and document property details including measurements, photographs, and relevant legal documents.
  • Assist in preparing valuation reports under guidance of senior executives or valuers.
  • Liaise with property owners, brokers, and local authorities to gather market data.
  • Maintain accurate records of site inspections and valuation inputs.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory guidelines.
  • Support the team in market research and data analysis for valuation benchmarks.
  • Coordinate logistics for site visits and ensure timely execution of fieldwork

About You:

  • Bachelor diloma/degree gree in Real Estate, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction or related field.
  • 0–2 years of experience in property valuation, real estate, or site inspection roles.
  • Basic understanding of valuation methodologies and property markets.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Willingness to travel extensively for site inspections.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
