Junior UX Designer

Join ValGenesis as a Junior UX Designer and become part of a dynamic global team dedicated to creating exceptional user experiences. In this role, you will collaborate closely with UX researchers, designers, and developers to translate complex user needs into intuitive designs. Your journey will involve conducting user research, ideating solutions, creating wireframes and prototypes, and refining UI aesthetics based on user feedback and testing. You will report directly to the Senior Director of UX and work closely with product and engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Transform business and technical processes into engaging wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for mobile, web, and IoT platforms.
• Document and maintain UX style standards, applying guidelines like material design and iOS Human Interface.
• Collaborate with UI developers to ensure the final product aligns with design mockups.
• Rapidly iterate on designs based on insightful user feedback.
• Design and produce visual assets that reinforce our brand’s visual language.

• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in product design or UX design.
• Portfolio showcasing multiple projects highlighting your UX design experience.
• Strong fluency in English.
• Ability to prioritize and manage concurrent design projects effectively.
• Comfortable working in a global environment with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience creating designs across various platforms and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, and other prototyping software.
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
