HeyDelegate is hiring on behalf of one of our partners in the advertising and branded merchandise industry.
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Web Designer & Front-End Developer to join a growing remote team supporting international brands and creative campaigns.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong eye for design, a good understanding of front-end development, and an interest in building clean, modern, and user-friendly web experiences.
- Design and build responsive websites and landing pages
- Customize and maintain websites across platforms such as Shopify, WordPress, Webflow, Squarespace, Wix, Kajabi, and similar builders
- Translate design concepts into functional and visually appealing web pages
- Ensure websites align with client branding and style guidelines
- Support updates, edits, and ongoing website improvements
- Collaborate with creative and marketing teams on digital projects
- Troubleshoot minor website and front-end issues as needed
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in web design and/or front-end development
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript
- Experience working with website builders and CMS platforms
- Good design sense and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Willingness to learn new tools and platforms quickly
- Experience with Shopify customization
- Familiarity with Figma or Adobe Creative Suite
- Basic SEO knowledge
- Portfolio showcasing previous web design or development work
