About the Role

We are looking for proactive, data-driven professionals to join our Supply Operations & Key Accounts team for Amplify. The role will begin with a strong focus on hands-on operations—managing onboarding workflows, ensuring smooth campaign delivery, and solving immediate supply-demand challenges for both brands and creators. As you gain deep operational expertise and business understanding, the role will evolve into owning category clusters or an entire business unit, with full responsibility for growth, performance, and strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Initial Focus on Operations:
  • Manage end-to-end onboarding and activation of creators.
  • Onboard and engage brands, ensuring smooth campaign setup and execution.
  • Oversee campaign delivery for both brands and creators, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met and solving Supply and Demand.
  • Resolve operational issues and provide process clarity and support to both sides of the marketplace.

  • Transition to Strategic Ownership:
  • Manage key brand and creator accounts, driving engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
  • Deep dive into data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and performance opportunities.
  • Build scalable processes, playbooks, and SOPs for brand onboarding, creator supply growth, and campaign execution.
  • Solve problems structurally—address root causes rather than surface issues.

  • Long-Term Scope:
  • Take full ownership of a category cluster or business unit.
  • Drive P&L outcomes, category strategy, and growth initiatives.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration to scale category performance.

What We're Looking For

  • 1–3 years of experience in operations, account management, e-commerce, influencer marketing, or related fields.
  • This can include managing the complete lifecycle of a brand campaign—from gathering campaign details, matching with the right creators, handling applications, overseeing content delivery, and ensuring successful completion.
  • Strong analytical skills—comfortable using data to inform decisions.
  • A “problem-first” mindset and structured approach to execution.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with confidence in managing client relationships.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets.
