Position Summary
We are looking for a Key Account ManagerYou will be responsible for managing the commercial relationship of one of our key customers, with the goal of maximizing sales, profit margins, market indicators, and ensuring a mid to long-term partnership.
Role and Responsibilities
- Account Development: Lead strategic plans for key accounts, aligning with Samsung’s commercial goals and aiming to become the primary point of contact. Focus on driving sales growth.
- Sales Targets: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve annual targets, balancing product portfolios and market needs. Track performance metrics like sales volume and profitability.
- Inventory Management: Monitor sales and inventory trends regularly to ensure efficient stock management and meet sales goals.
- Team Collaboration: Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with account strategies and specific requirements, fostering effective execution.
- Market Insights: Analyze market trends and competitiveness KPIs to make informed decisions and preserve Samsung’s edge.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Industrial Engineering.
- More than 6 years of relevant account management experience.
- Expertise in 360° planning, marketing strategy, planning, and negotiation.
- Experience in the telecommunications industry.
- English proficiency
