Responsibilities:Build processes to support SLA and product delivery.
Manage a team of 6 engineers: coaching, mentoring, growth.
Ensure iterative weekly value delivery for clients.
Balance quick fixes for demos with long-term (quarter–year) planning.
Lead development of data API and application: infra, DWH, backend, API, front-end.
Drive system design improvements to balance speed and quality.
Support clients during technical assessment and onboarding.
Learn fast and guide the team through crypto domain challenges.
Proven experience as Tech Lead, Head of Engineering, Engineering manager.
Strong people management and team development skills.
Understanding of API development, data systems, and scalable architecture.
Ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a startup environment.
Readiness to work in dynamic crypto/DeFi domain and eagerness to grow in it.
