Interact with branches / offices / panel advocates with regard to the files handled by them.
While posted in ARBs / Zonal Offices, these officers need to adopt the role of a Branch Head and undertake duties relating to asset recovery like meeting / interacting with borrowers, field / security visits, taking symbolic / physical possession of secured assets / support branches in these areas etc.
Achieving the set goals for NPA recovery.
Follow up & Monitoring of suit filed and decreed accounts.
Follow up & monitoring of accounts pending before NCLTs.
Follow up & monitoring of SARFAESI initiated cases.
Preparation and updation of MIS regarding suit posting in DRT.
Processing of Advocate Bills.
Processing various notes in connection with suit filed/decreed cases, SARFAESI, NCLT and put up for approval of higher authorities.
Timely submission of returns to regulators / committees of board.
Entrustment of cases to advocates, maintenance of court diary / processing and sanctioning of legal expenses.
Monitoring and follow up of cases filed against the bank challenging SARFAESI action / other recovery steps.
Meeting borrowers, advocates, visiting branches, securities etc while the officers are posted at ARB or Zonal Offices.
Taking symbolic / physical possesion of secured assets / provide all legal support to the branches / offices.
Experience Range : 5 to 10 Years
