We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Senior Analytics professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 4-8 years of experience and a strong analytical mindset to solve complex business problems.
Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, R, and Python (advanced preferred), along with the ability to derive actionable insights, is essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities
Data Analysis and Insights- Analyze complex datasets to provide actionable insights for business growth and operational efficiency
- Utilize SQL to extract data and perform in-depth analysis
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Tableau to track business performance
- Ensure visualizations effectively communicate key insights
- Use R or Python to perform statistical analyses and build predictive models
- Support data-driven decision-making
- Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement
- Collaborate with stakeholders to recommend solutions and monitor implementation
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Marketing, etc.)
- Help define and execute business strategies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key business stakeholders.
RequirementsTechnical Skills
