Job Description/Preferred Qualifications

Resilience- Global Workplace Services – Business process AnalystWe are looking for experienced professionals to join our Global Workplace Services (GWS) team in the roles of Business Process Associate, Business Analyst, and Scrum Master. Responsibilities:

• Work with various teams, stakeholders, and business owners to elicit requirements and align process changes.
• Strong functional knowledge and experience with Business continuity in the Cloud – BCIC.
• Hands-on experience with EH&S and plant/facility maintenance technologies (OnSolve and BCIC preferred).
• Demonstrate experience and in-depth knowledge of resiliency and organizational business continuity (BC) and disaster recovery (DR) processes.
• Proven track record in supporting resiliency technologies, including Everbridge BCIC, as well as critical event management software such as OnSolve and Crisis24.
• Develop and maintain detailed documentation of business requirements and processes.
• Communicate clearly and consistently with Business, IT teams, and other stakeholders throughout various project phases.
• Experience with configuring application settings, user management of cloud applications.
• Take ownership of technical solutions from design, Various Data Integrations, Data Security, Data access and architecture perspective, ensure the right direction.
• Ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements.
• Test enhancements and bug fixes; coordinate user acceptance testing.
• API Integrations with third party tools and Project Management skills
• Ensure deliverables are completed within timelines.
• Troubleshoot and resolve user issues
• Continuous Improvement, Mitigating the risks within business processes and IT solutions
• Process automations experience good to have like UIPATH, AI Automations and Advanced Data Analytics

Qualifications/Capabilities:

• 6–8 years of experience in roles such as Business Process Associate, Business Analyst, or Scrum Master.
• Experience in Cloud Architecture, cloud application administration (AWS/Azure/Oracle).
• Proven experience in eliciting end-user requirements and mapping 'As-Is' and 'To-Be' processes.
• Exceptional articulation, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Visio, MS Office tools, ServiceNow, and other relevant platforms.
• Experience with end-to-end project delivery and agile methodologies.
• Time management and client facing skills to effectively meet challenging deadlines.
• Ability to suggest innovative solutions based on new technologies and the latest trends.
• Bachelor’s degree or master’s with first class preferable. 

Nice to Have:

• Previous experience with HTML, SQL, Web applications, .Net integrations, moderate AI/ ML capability driven transformation.
• Previous experience in Analytics (Power BI)

Minimum Qualifications

Master's Level Degree or work experience of 6years , Bachelor's Level Degree or work experience of 8 years
