Lead Business Analyst

Leads technology business analysis by translating business needs into system requirements, defining scope and enhancements, assessing risks, evaluating technology alternatives, and delivering sophisticated analyses for strategic decisions. Partners with business and technology teams on complex projects, supervises staff, manages resources, mentors employees, and ensures regulatory compliance and risk controls.

Leads clinical and commercial competitive intelligence and market intelligence for Roche’s global partners. Monitors pharmaceutical pipelines, trials, pricing, market access, regulatory signals, conferences, and competitor activity. Applies SWOT, PESTLE, Porter’s Five Forces, and scenario planning to develop strategic recommendations. Designs GenAI-enabled research workflows, synthesizes public and proprietary sources, identifies trigger events, and communicates executive-level insights supporting product pipeline and commercial launch decisions.

Own and administer the ARIS process repository, including configuration, access, governance, integrations, upgrades, controls, and support. Lead the run-the-business operations pod, managing incidents, problems, changes, service requests, SLAs, metrics, and continuous improvement using ITIL and agile practices. Serve as an ARIS subject-matter expert, advise senior stakeholders, facilitate workshops, define reporting needs, coach team members, and strengthen operational resilience.
