Job Title –Lead - Data Analytics (WI iAIR, India)
The Purpose of This Role
Providing analytical and consulting support using Data analytics and Exploratory Analysis. As a part of the WI iAIR team, this role will entail using EDA, Data Science and ML techniques to solve business problems.

- Working closely with business partners to understand business requirements and convert the same into a data-related questions and answer the same, analytically
- Building a reputation with partners as a person who can provide solutions to business problems
- Independently conducting data analyses with minimal supervision
- Use ML techniques like Regression, Decision Trees, Random Forest to solve for business problems that require data to be used for KPI optimizations; working knowledge of LLMs/GenAI will be greatly helpful
- Learning the business and using the acquired knowledge to provide insights using Data Modeling, Visualization and Data/Text mining techniques
- Focusing on innovation, and operating independently in an environment strongly engaged in creating impact for the business
- Communicating and presenting the analysis/key findings to senior stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
- Recommending a clear and a measurable action plan for the business partners
The Skills that are Key to this role
Technical / Behavioral
- Experience in Data, having a flair for Quantitative Analysis using Python; presenting the scorecards & KPIs to the L2/L3 leaders using Tableau/PowerBI
- Ability to provide insights and recommendations using strong analytical skills; striving to convince key company decision makers of business benefits of the proposed solutions
- Exhibiting high degree of pro-activeness in identifying Proofs of Concept and taking them to implementation
- Expert in handling large amounts of data (structured & unstructured)
- Ability to solve problems using ML techniques - Regression, Classification, Decision Trees, Random Forest and SVM
- Knowledge of advanced ML models including Neural Networks would be advantageous
- Storytelling & Storyboarding are essential skills required to convey findings to business partners in an analytics agnostic manner
Skills that will be an added advantage for this role
- Experience with techniques such as Data Science/Machine Learning
- Deep Learning knowledge using R/Python
The Expertise We’re Looking For
- Relevant experience on applications of advanced analytics and predictive modeling techniques
- Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Computer Science, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, Finance, Statistics)
- Relevant work experience in Data Analytics and data handling
- Proven experience in independently handling various kinds of analytics projects, client servicing, data interpretation & insights generation
