As a Senior Specialist in Graphic Design and Executive Communications, you will lead creative solutions, design strategy, and delivery for our Executive leadership team. You will be responsible for transforming complex business data into compelling storytelling that drives decision-making and engagement across the organization. This role requires a blend of high-level design expertise, proficiency in creative storytelling, and the professional maturity to consult and communicate with C-suite stakeholders.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Act as a design subject matter expert/mentor within the marketing function, driving innovative solutions for executive communications and deliverables aligned to brand guidelines and communications best practices
- Executive Storytelling & Presentation: Design and produce high-stakes visual assets, including executive walking decks, Business Reviews, and Business Cases
- Communication Design: Lead the visual design for monthly all-team meetings, "Marketing Wins" email campaigns, and internal training/onboarding materials
- Digital Design: Oversee the design and community management of the Marketing SharePoint site, and provide expert guidance on design best practices for performance reporting tools such as PowerBI dashboards. Ensure that all interfaces are user-friendly, engaging, and readily accessible
- Template Architecture: Develop and maintain standardized, high-quality business performance reporting templates for C-suite and internal stakeholders
- Rich Media Production: Capability to manage the full lifecycle of video production (illustration/animation), including conceptualization, storyboarding, editing, and final delivery within tight corporate deadlines

Required Qualifications:
- Education: Graduate degree in Graphic Design, Communications, Marketing, or equivalent professional experience
- Design Expertise: Senior-level proficiency in visual storytelling, conceptual analysis, information hierarchy, and creative services
- Technical Mastery: Advanced expertise in PowerPoint, SharePoint, Outlook, and Adobe
- Critical Thinking: Proven ability to solve complex problems through innovative design solutions and anticipate customer needs before they are articulated
- Professionalism: Proven ability to mentor and influence stakeholders without authority and manage high-pressure deadlines for executive deliverables
- Professional portfolio demonstrating creative capabilities
Preferred Qualification:
- Creative Suit: Experience in data visualization such as PowerBI dashboard design
