Lead DevOps Engineer responsible for managing DevOps pipelines across internal and customer environments, conducting DevSecOps research, automating and optimizing infrastructure, reducing costs, maintaining environments, and supporting onsite implementation teams. The role requires AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD, Terraform, security testing, observability, database, scripting, and performance engineering experience.

- Ownership and managing the DevOps pipeline in internal and customer environments

- AWS Cloud Services: Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, EC2, EFS, and S3.
- Containerization & Orchestration: Strong understanding of Docker, Kubernetes, and related technologies.
- DevOps & CI/CD: Proficiency in Git, Jenkins Pipelines, Liquibase, environment upgrades, and release processes.
- Security Best Practices: Familiarity with SAST (Static Application Security Testing) and DAST (Dynamic Application Security Testing).
- IaC: Proficiency in Terraform or similar IaC tools
- Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs): Knowledge of performance tuning, scalability, high availability, and performance testing.
- Observability & Monitoring: Experience with logging, metrics, and monitoring tools for system reliability and debugging.
- Programming Skills: Understanding of at least one programming language, preferably Bash or Python.
- Database Expertise: Working knowledge of Postgres, SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Agile Methodologies: Exposure to Agile methodologies.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, teamwork, and analytical problem-solving abilities.
