Responsibilities

  • Research target industries, companies, and decision-makers to build accurate ICPs and contact lists.
  • Find key triggers (new hires, funding, tech changes) and write short, personalized value messages.
  • Engage leads via LinkedIn, email, and other channels with a multi-touch approach.
  • Warm up contacts by reacting to their content and sharing useful insights.
  • Share helpful materials (case studies, etc.) to build trust before booking sales calls.
  • Work with sales and marketing to run outbound campaigns and improve outreach scripts.
  • Use automation tools to scale while keeping personalization.
  • Log all activities in the CRM, update lead data, and track lead progress.
  • Keep learning about the industry, tools, and best practices, using AI where it helps.

Requirements
  • 1+ year in B2B research, sales development, or outbound lead generation.
  • Strong analytical and writing skills — turn research into clear, practical insights.
  • Familiar with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or similar tools.
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple campaigns.
  • English: confident reading and writing (speaking is not required).

  • Outreach & Automation: Lemlist, Instantly, or similar tools.
