Job Description
- Knowledge on MECM Task sequence, APP Deployment, Patch deployments
- Understanding the needs of both internal and external customers and being committed to delivering an excellent service.
- Ability to work well with others in pursuit of business aims.
- Energy, enthusiasm, and commitment to the business unit.
- understanding the vulnerability reports, and handle the remediations
Positive response to and recognition of the need for change
Qualifications- Any bachelor’s degree with 2 - 4 Years of experience in Managing Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM) and fixing VAPT findings.

- Coordinates with other SMEs, Helpdesk, Tech colleagues, etc in day-to-day activities.
- Maintain a proactive approach within the team, communicate well, ensure Standard Operating procedures (escalations, etc.) are followed, and contribute to the overall team Spirit
- Documenting remediation efforts, procedures, and lessons learned for future reference.
