Own the strategic roadmap of a globally deployed portfolio, ensuring long‑term competitiveness, compliance, and security.
Drive global mandate readiness and orchestrate large‑scale communication plans across regions and business lines.
Ensure robust security posture by defining and coordinating security requirements with R&D, InfoSec, and compliance teams.
Lead the prioritization, evolution, and pruning of legacy and modernized servicing capabilities.
Steer high‑impact customer escalations, ensuring fast resolution, transparency, and minimization of business risk.
Leverage AI to modernize workflows, improve automation, and enhance operational scalability.
Partner with Product Marketing, commercial teams, and implementation teams to ensure portfolio relevance and market alignment.
Product Leadership – Partnership Management & AI‑Enabled Solutions
Define the business capabilities, and long‑term strategy of a new AI‑driven Partnership Management & Solution
Collaborate with UX to create interactive prototypes showcasing intelligent decision flows, rule automation, and insight dashboards.
Partner with Strategy, Architecture, and Epic Leads to align priorities, dependencies, and value delivery.
Define measurable value propositions for the AI‑enhanced solutions
Evangelize the concept with internal and external stakeholders, leveraging market trends and competitive analysis to support strategic decisions.
Performance Indicators
Strategic roadmap approved and endorsed by executive leadership.
Clear partner management framework with validated mock‑ups and first operational capabilities delivered.
High stakeholder satisfaction and strong cross‑team collaboration across Product, R&D, Strategy, and Commercial.
