  • Analyse the end-to-end payment funnel to identify, quantify, and prioritise opportunities that will have the highest impact on our growth KPIs (e.g., conversion rate, payment success, repeat usage).

  • Partner with your Product Manager, Engineers, and Designers throughout the product development lifecycle, using data to inform everything from initial discovery to post-launch iteration and A/B testing.

  • Design, build, and maintain automated data pipelines and dashboards that empower the team with self-serve analytics and clear performance tracking.

Qualifications

  • Analytical thinking: you love tackling puzzling questions and structuring ambiguous areas to actionable outputs. .

  • Influence & Ownership: You are keen to own the domain and drive product changes. You enjoy working independently in a fast-paced environment

  • Advanced SQL:  you feel comfortable with diverse data, have experience building pipelines and validating outputs.

  • Hands-on experience: you’ve designed and analysed A/B tests in past or ran opportunity discovery research on historical data

What you need to know about the Chennai Tech Scene

To locals, it's no secret that South India is leading the charge in big data infrastructure. While the environmental impact of data centers has long been a concern, emerging hubs like Chennai are favored by companies seeking ready access to renewable energy resources, which provide more sustainable and cost-effective solutions. As a result, Chennai, along with neighboring Bengaluru and Hyderabad, is poised for significant growth, with a projected 65 percent increase in data center capacity over the next decade.
