Job Description

Role overview

As a Lead Product Designer in Freshservice (Employee Experience Product), your mission is to create seamless, enjoyable experiences for customers and their end-users using Freshservice. You’ll lead design initiatives, balance engineering constraints without compromising UX, and mentor junior designers. Success in this role will rely on your ability to collaborate effectively, present designs through relatable narratives, and adapt to feedback to deliver impactful, scalable solutions.

Qualifications

Experience:

  • 6+ years of experience in product design, with at least 2 years in a lead role

  • Proven track record of thriving in a fast-paced environment, preferably in the B2B SaaS space

Skills:

  • Strong communication and storytelling skills to justify design decisions and influence stakeholders.

  • A well-rounded designer with expertise across user research, interaction design, and visual design (a full-stack designer)

Mindset:

  • Growth-oriented, open to feedback, and able to adapt to new challenges

  • An optimistic team player who actively contributes to and learns from the design team.
