About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced MSSQL Lead Software Developer, DBA responsible for managing SQL Server data and systems, including configuring, securing, tuning, and maintaining SQL Server databases.
The role involves performance tuning, end‑to‑end production database support, and ensuring high availability (HA) across database environments.
The ideal candidate will also contribute to DB solutioning, including designing, architecting, and code reviews, while supporting production issues as needed. Experience with modern Azure technologies is essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities· 7 - 10 years of experience in Monitoring and Performance Tuning DB solutioning such as designing, architecting, and code reviews.
· Support Production issues on a need basis.
· Experience on Modern Azure technologies.
· Refine and automate regular processes, track issues, and document changes
· HA/DR support.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
· Proven experience in SQL DBA
· Strong knowledge of relational databases and SQL
· Excellent analytical, debugging, and communication skills
· Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Mandatory Skills· SQL Server on Azure Platforms
Nice to Have Skills· Exposure to Banking domain
· Microsoft Fabric, SSIS, Azure Data Factory, MongoDB, DMA, Azure Migration Services
