About the Role
We are seeking a Lead software Devloper – AI & Modern Application Engineering who can bridge next‑generation AI capabilities (LLMs, Agentic AI, Copilots) with enterprise‑scale applications built on C#, ASP.NET MVC, .NET Core, React, SQL Server, and Azure.
This role focuses on practical, production‑ready AI adoption, enhancing and modernizing existing systems while building scalable AI‑powered features. The ideal candidate combines strong software engineering fundamentals with forward‑looking AI architecture and technical leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities
AI & Agentic Systems
- Design and implement AI‑enabled features within existing MVC, .NET, and React applications
- Apply AI technologies to accelerate, enhance, and modernize existing enterprise applications
- Build Agentic AI workflows, including LLM orchestration, task automation, and decision pipelines
- Implement RAG solutions using enterprise data sources (SQL, documents, APIs)
Application & Platform Engineering
- Lead modernization and enhancement of legacy ASP.NET MVC and C# systems
- Design and build backend APIs and microservices using .NET / .NET Core
- Collaborate with frontend teams to integrate AI capabilities into React‑based user interfaces
- Ensure performance, code quality, reliability, security, and maintainability of existing and new systems
- Lead code reviews, architecture decisions, and technical mentoring
AI‑Driven Engineering
- Drive AI‑assisted development using Copilot, Claude code or similar tools
- Establish best practices for AI‑assisted coding, refactoring, testing, and documentation
DevOps & Delivery
- Partner with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipelines, Dockerized services, and AKS/Kubernetes
- Strong experience with Azure cloud services.
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, IT, Engineering, or equivalent experience
- 7+ years of experience building enterprise-grade web applications at least 3+ years in AI-driven application development.
- Strong hands‑on expertise in:
- React, C#, ASP.NET / MVC, .NET Core
- Backend APIs and microservices
- SQL Server and relational databases
- Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments
- Ability to translate business needs into scalable, AI‑enabled solutions
Must‑Have Skills
- Advanced proficiency in React, C#, .NET, MVC, and Web APIs
- Hands‑on experience integrating LLMs into production applications
- Design AI‑ready data access patterns (caching, embeddings, vector storage)
- Experience with Azure OpenAI, Claude, Hugging Face, or similar platforms
- Knowledge of Agentic AI patterns, RAG pipelines, and prompt engineering
- Strong experience with Microsoft Azure, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines
Nice‑to‑Have Skills
- Experience modernizing legacy enterprise systems
- Exposure to BFSI or financial platforms
- Familiarity with AKS/Kubernetes, security best practices, and performance testing
- Knowledge of AI governance and responsible AI adoption
