Position Purpose
As a vital member of the software development team, you will design, develop, optimize and test applications based on IBMi/RPG-ILE. While working with newer technologies including WebServices
Minimum Requirements

Bachelor Degree Computer Science
-
Strong analytical skills.

Excellent interpersonal skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work in a team environment

Ability to own projects and work with minimal direction

8 + years of RPG programming experience
-
5+ years of experience with RPG-ILE, IV, Free Form
-
1+ years of experience with web services
-
DB2 creation, modeling, design, and development
-
DB2 Views
-
Object-oriented programming in any programming language is a plus
-
Experience with complex SQL (Dynamic, Stored Procedures and Triggers)
-
Troubleshooting and supporting ERP systems
-
Prior transportation industry experience is a definite plus
-
Provide on-call support as required

Other duties as assigned

Languages: IBM i / RPG-ILE

Databases: DB II Optional Qualifications

Web services development using Node.js is a plus
