Summary of Role
As Legal Counsel within our Manila-based Legal Centre of Excellence (CoE), you will act as a "bilingual" expert bridging the gap between traditional law and technology. Your Impact & What You'll Do
- Create Legal Playbooks: Draft and refine the contract redlining rules that power our AI and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) implementations.
- Champion Legal Tech: Serve as the subject matter expert in client meetings, demonstrating how technology solves real-world legal and negotiation challenges.
- Drive Innovation: Act as the "voice of the lawyer" for our tech teams, testing and providing feedback to improve our AI-powered legal tools.
- Train Global Teams: Develop and lead training sessions on contract management and negotiation best practices for our international service teams.
- Support In-House Legal: Manage our own client and supplier contracts, monitor compliance, and handle corporate governance matters.
Why You'll Thrive at Execo
- Future-Proof Your Career: Master the fastest-growing segment of the industry by developing deep, hands-on expertise in Legal AI and CLM.
- Global Impact: Create playbooks and training programs that are used by teams and high-profile clients across the globe.
- Co-Creator Status: Work directly with developers to shape the technology you use, rather than just being an end-user.
