Provide administrative and legal support including verification of case records in Zoho and A Diary, data entry, legal research and writing, maintaining client case progress, preparing filings and summaries, courthouse runs, and assisting attorneys, clerks, and coordinators.
- Verification of Zoho projects & "A" Diary on daily basis with respect to portfolio.
- Perform Data Entry and other office work.
- Legal research and writing during the field experience.
- Maintain records of client's case progress.
- Write reports of the cases experienced by them in the court.
- Assist the Senior and Junior associates, including Clerks whenever and whatever way necessary.
- Handling all the clerical duties and activities like answering phone calls, mails, preparing legal documents, legal filing bundles and other work as instructed by the associates and admin in the office.
- Courthouse runs and deliveries.
- Summarize records.
- Verification of Dates after the hearing.
- Assisting the Coordinators in the Office for fulfilling their work.
