Leads engineering teams building and operating Evolent’s enterprise AI platform, including document pipelines, event-driven architecture, and agentic user interfaces. Responsibilities include forming and scaling teams, recruiting leaders and engineers, delivering enterprise software, establishing technical standards, partnering on architecture and security, and ensuring production readiness, compliance, observability, and responsible AI practices. The role also shapes strategy, drives AI-enabled engineering workflows, and represents platform engineering in executive discussions.

Leads strategy, architecture, delivery, operations, modernization, and governance for IBM MQ and ACE enterprise integration platforms. Oversees engineering teams responsible for reliability, automation, security, scalability, disaster recovery, performance, and operational excellence. Partners with infrastructure, cloud, security, application engineering, and architecture leaders to execute platform roadmaps, manage vendors, and deliver complex integration initiatives while developing high-performing teams.
