Requires strong product ownership, Agile, analytics, data engineering, cloud platform, communication, and stakeholder management expertise.
ResponsibilitiesQualifications
- Lead and manage all digital transformation initiatives for the coal trading business, ensuring alignment with business objectives, operational priorities, and leadership expectations.
- Act as the key business coordinator with the Central IT team for planning, development, implementation, and stabilization of all business-related digital projects.
- Prepare, review, validate, and finalize Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) in consultation with business users, functional teams, and technology partners.
- Coordinate with end users for User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test-case preparation, issue identification, feedback consolidation, closure tracking, and final business sign-off.
- Lead IRM digital initiatives and ensure effective implementation, adoption, and value realization across relevant business functions.
- Drive improvement in GATI project.
- Lead and support the MITRA App initiative.
- Deal Portal - ADMIN, including user access coordination, master-data support, process compliance, system hygiene, and issue resolution.
- Identify, evaluate, and implement new business excellence ideas, automation opportunities, and process-improvement projects to enhance efficiency, transparency, and decision-making.
- Carry out customer analysis, market intelligence, and competitor benchmarking to support sales strategy, customer engagement, pricing decisions, and leadership reviews.
- Prepare customer intelligence reports, business insights, and analytical summaries based on internal data, market trends, customer behavior, and business performance indicators.
- Develop and maintain standardized business presentations for internal reviews, leadership meetings, customer discussions, marketing events, and strategic business updates.
- Create, maintain, and improve business dashboards covering sales, operations, customer performance, project status, KPIs, market trends, and other key business metrics.
- Coordinate with sales, sourcing, finance, operations, logistics, compliance, and other cross-functional teams to collect inputs, validate data, and ensure accuracy of reports and dashboards.
- Monitor progress of ongoing digital and business excellence projects through structured trackers, timelines, status reports, issue logs, and periodic review mechanisms.
- Support business leadership with data-driven insights, MIS reports, performance analysis, and actionable recommendations for faster and better decision-making.
- Act as media and marketing coordinator for the IRM business, including coordination for LinkedIn account updates, business communication content, branding support, and digital media activities.
- Plan, coordinate, and support marketing events, customer meets, conferences, media interactions, business campaigns, and other brand-building initiatives for the coal trading business.
- Create a standardized format and template library for business presentations, review decks, customer proposals, leadership updates, project status reports, MIS reports, and event-related communication material.
Qualification
- B.E./B.Tech (Computer Science, IT, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering)
- MBA (Operations / Systems / Business Analytics / Marketing) from a reputed institute will be added as an advantage.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, SAP, CRM, and digital platforms.
- 8-12 years of experience in Digital Transformation, Business Excellence, Project Management, Business Analytics, MIS, or Process Improvement roles.
- Experience in Trading, Mining, Commodities, Energy, Coal, Logistics, Supply Chain, or Industrial sectors preferred.
