About the role
We are seeking a high-energy, results-oriented Manager - CSR Partnerships to join our Go-To-Market (GTM) team. In this role, you will be the driving force behind unlocking corporate CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) budgets to fund and deploy Teachmint X smart boards into government and budget schools.
This is not an administrative CSR role. You will act as a strategic BD and partnerships leader—identifying corporate donors, pitching large-scale educational transformation projects, navigating government school permissions, and ensuring seamless deployment. Your success will be measured by the corporate funding you secure and the number of digital classrooms we build together.
- Pipeline Generation & B2B Pitching: Identify, target, and pitch to CXOs, CSR Heads, and Corporate Foundations to secure funding for digital classroom initiatives.
- Solution Selling: Position Teachmint X and EduAI as the ultimate high-impact, measurable CSR investment for corporates looking to fulfill their education mandates.
- Government & Stakeholder Liaison: Coordinate with state/local education departments, NGOs, and school administrations to secure necessary approvals (MoUs) for smart board installations.
- End-to-End Project Delivery: Oversee the deployment lifecycle from corporate funding clearance to hardware installation and teacher training in government schools.
- Compliance Management: Ensure all partnership frameworks strictly adhere to national CSR regulations (e.g., Section 135 of the Companies Act in India) and corporate auditing standards.
- Experience: 3–8 years of experience in corporate B2B sales, enterprise partnerships, or fundraising within EdTech, NGOs, or social enterprises.
- CSR Domain Expertise: Deep understanding of how corporate CSR budgets are allocated, compliance mandates, and what corporate donors look for in terms of social ROI.
- Network: An existing network of contacts among corporate CSR heads, foundations, or relevant government education bodies is a massive plus.
- Liaison Skills: Proven ability to navigate government bureaucracies to get permissions and execute ground-level deployments.
- Communication: Exceptional presentation and pitching skills—you know how to build a compelling narrative around technology and social impact.
- Drive: A strong bias for action, target-driven mindset, and a genuine passion for narrowing the digital divide in public education.
