Description and Requirements
This position is accountable for driving and supporting the end-to-end development of high-impact AI and Machine Learning solutions across MetLife's functions and business lines globally. Responsibilities include extracting and validating analytical insights, translating them into actionable business recommendations, and presenting findings to key stakeholders. The position ensures adherence to best practices in machine learning, including model versioning, monitoring, and retraining, while researching and integrating advanced AI/ML tools for real-time optimization. Working under the guidance of Lead or Director Data Scientists, this role collaborates with multiple stakeholders to design and deliver robust, scalable, and innovative analytics and machine learning solutions leveraging cutting-edge methodologies and techniques.
