Lead a team of engineers delivering scalable Java backend systems and React-based frontend applications integrated with cloud and modern data platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Own sprint execution, roadmap delivery, and team performance.
- Drive backend API design using Java and Spring Boot.
- Ensure frontend architecture quality and React performance standards.
- Oversee cloud deployment pipelines and DevOps processes.
- Guide Snowflake and Databricks integrations.
- Mentor engineers and conduct performance reviews.
Technical Expectations
- Strong backend system design using Java.
- Advanced React development and state management knowledge.
- Hands-on cloud deployment experience.
- Working knowledge of Snowflake schemas and Databricks workflows.
Preferred
- AI feature integration exposure.
