The Role:
Entegris is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Field Service Manager to join our team in Taiwan. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing service operations for a variety of equipment, ensuring excellent customer support, and overseeing maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of leading-edge semiconductor processing equipment.
In this role you will:
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Recruit, train, and evaluate field service engineer.
Monitor service metrics (response time, resolution rate, customer feedback).
Coordinate with sales, engineering, and support teams to improve service offerings.
Handle escalated customer complaints and service issues.
Optimize scheduling and routing for field engineers to maximize productivity.
Implement new technologies or processes to improve service efficiency.
Control budget and watch spending to meet annual budgetary
Conduct the company’s strategy and execution
Experience in preventive/corrective maintenance strategies.
Knowledge of failure mode analysis (FMEA) and root cause analysis (RCA).
Traits we believe make a strong candidate:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field
Fluent Mandarin and English, capable of written and speaking
Good communication and learning skills.
10+ years of experience in field service operations, technical support, or a similar role.
3+ years in a leadership or managerial role, overseeing field service teams.
Familiar engage service business to TSMC and understand their business process flow
Familiar with MS Office tools and SAP, Power BI skill is a plus.
