What You’ll Do on a Typical Day

• Responsible for forward-looking trends including quarterly forecasting and annual planning
• Preparing monthly management reports, variance and trend analysis that provide meaningful insight for the business leaders
• Coordinating with business and Commercial finance team for end to end Volume analytics
• Develop competitive insights to validate business drivers and assumptions with underlying company performance
• Management of data accuracy, data governance and SOX processes to ensure integrity of our data
• Manage to function in a matrix organization, building strong relationships across Global FP&A team

What We’re looking for

• You have a deep understanding of advanced financial analysis techniques using spreadsheet software (MS Excel) as well as BPA tools  
• You have excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as ability to design reports and presents analysis in a concise manner for use by top management for decision making. Your PowerPoint skills are also key.
• You can prioritize, meet deliverables in a timely manner and manage last minute constraints. Thrives on working in a dynamic multinational organization and can share this enthusiasm with your team!
• You are a self-starter with the ability to work both autonomously and as part of the wider finance team
• You innovate to improve current working practices to provide business opportunities and results
• You take initiative to identify current and potential problems and determine the best solution
• You know how to work effectively in a highly complex, diverse, changing environment
• Good stakeholder management with the ability to work across finance and non-finance colleagues
• You have 5+ years in FP&A, specifically revenues & volume  forecasting/analytics using complex data
• You graduated from a Master's degree in finance or equivalent
